About Spoonful.love
Spoonful of Love began during a difficult chapter of my life. Like many who carry emotional weight, I was searching for a way to reconnect with positive energy and move forward. Art became that source of solace.
Painting and working with my hands helped me shift my inner world. Colour became central to my creative process, allowing me to express emotions I couldn’t always put into words. Some days the colours were soft and blue, other days dark and black. I didn’t plan them - I followed how I felt.
The act of creating became a release. Each piece became a small step toward healing. Through mixed media, layers, and texture, I explore contrast and harmony, letting each work unfold naturally.
The Heart
Over time, I found myself drawn to heart imagery, which began to appear organically in my work.
For me, the heart is not sentimental - it is resilient. It carries love, vulnerability, forgiveness, and hope all at once. Each heart holds intention: a quiet reminder of connection, unity, and the strength found in love.
My work is rooted in transformation - choosing color, symbolism, and creativity as a way forward.
Each piece invites reflection and the belief that beauty and meaning can be created in every moment. My hope is that my art resonates with others in the same way it transformed me - offering a sense of positivity, hope, and strength.
